Welcome to Uxbridge Health Centre Online
The practice consists of a group of doctors, health professionals and administrative staff who work collectively to both care for ill health and promote good health. We offer a comprehensive range of health care and all of us work for your benefit, aiming for the highest standards and constantly striving to develop our service to anticipate future needs. Each doctor aims to provide continuity of care by giving a personal service to the patients on their own list and we encourage families to stay with the same doctor.
The practice can trace its origins in Uxbridge to 1816 and moved to its present premises in George Street from Vine Street in 1973. The premises are owned by Hillingdon Primary Care Trust and houses community health resources to which the practice has ready access and good communications. The practice currently has seven doctors and serves a population of approximately 15,500 patients.
In the past the practice area included Denham and parts of Iver. The premises have facilities for the disabled and can be accessed by a suitable ramp. There is a changing and feeding room for mothers with young children and a play area for small children. The building is located at one corner of a new shopping development with ample parking in an adjacent car park. There is parking however for the disabled along the street outside the building
